We, Imaji Tour, give the chance to become "Urang Belitong", with a cooking demonstration activities of traditional snacks called "Pumpuk Menggale". This event is done in-house native Belitong, with traditional decorations along with other devices. Executive Chef to cook itself called :Grandma Jot". She a local resident who went on to become a tutor, for Summarecon Legal Division in making Pumpuk Menggale.
Description :
Pumpuk Menggale is a Belitung's traditional cake that is similar to a pie, only made using corn starch, cassava, and a bit of other materials. Cook quite unique because it is done on the stove, and will taste better if served with fried fish bebulus. Steady! The following photographs:
